  • How often should I exfoliate my skin at home?
Once a week for Dry or Combination skin, twice a week for oily skin. When you over exfoliate skin your skin creates an overproduction of sebaceous glands (oil) to compensate for the layer of protection you are removing leaving you with even oilier skin.
  • How often should I get facials?
Every 4-6 weeks since this is how long it takes for our skin to go through the skin cell turnover cycle. The turnover cycle stimulates collagen and elastin and as we age this cycle slows down and professional treatments will reassure that the skin maintains this process.
  • How often should I apply SPF?
Everyday! Even on days when it's cloudy, the harmful UV rays can damage your skin. If you are active outdoors you should reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours.
  • What are the top products to prevent anti-aging?
If you were to pick two products out of a whole regimen I would suggest investing on a vitamin C and a Retinol cream. Vitamin C will protect your skin from the environment's free radicals and Retinol will prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
  • What is the best product to keep my skin from getting black heads and breakouts?
Salicylic acid is the best ingredient for black heads and oily skin because it reduces the formation of dead skin that sits on the top layer of your skin. Benzoyl Peroxide is best for those who have inflammatory acne since it combats bacteria that causes inflammation and redness.
